Marketing Specialist
We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to support our external presence and the end-to-end business communication lifecycle. Working closely with the CEO, you will help refine our brand identity and ensure that every asset – from sales offers to case studies – is as precisely engineered as our technical solutions. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who thrives on balancing daily execution with the long-term development of a high-tier engineering brand.
With us, you will be…
collaborating with our tech team to build case studies and technical articles based on our solutions,
creating and refining high-quality marketing and sales materials (offers, case studies, one-pagers, presentations) for both prospective and existing clients,
expanding our presence on social media (mainly LinkedIn) to increase our visibility and provide value to the community,
coordinating the content lifecycle, from gathering input from engineers to polishing final drafts and ensuring timely publication/delivery,
acting as a guardian of our brand consistency and communication quality across all teams (supporting Business Development, Account Management, and Engineering),
coordinating with external partners (e.g. designers) when necessary to deliver top-tier visual assets,
supporting the CEO in brainstorming and executing new ways to communicate our USP to high-tier startups and enterprise clients,
proactively identifying opportunities to showcase our expertise.

We expect that you…
have at least 3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or a related field (preferably within B2B tech, Cloud, or complex professional services).
have exceptional editorial precision – you can take dense technical jargon and turn it into a clear, professional narrative that a CTO would respect,
are well-organized and capable of managing projects independently, potentially coordinating external partners to deliver the best results,
are technically curious and capable of understanding the basics of system architecture and the IT business environment,
have a solid aesthetic sense and attention to detail that allows you to ensure the high quality of our visual communication,
will take ownership of marketing projects ensuring no detail is overlooked,
have great communication skills (including English and Polish at a C1+ level) and can interact confidently with both deep-tech engineers and high-level founders,
are a "producer" by nature who enjoys getting things done, but has the strategic mindset to help shape the long-term direction.
Bonus points if you…
have experience with design tools,
have previously worked in a deep tech environment,
live in or close to Wrocław or Kraków.
