About Our Client 


We’re on the lookout for a Business Development Representative to join an energetic FinTech/Crypto startup with ambitious expansion plans across the Polish and European markets. This is a fantastic chance to jump in at an early stage in a project that promises personal growth and long-term career success.


What Your Day Might Look Like 


  •  Actively reaching out to new clients and growing a network of business partners.
  •  Crafting and launching sales strategies that align with market needs and customer expectations.
  •  Motivating teammates, collaborating, and celebrating together when goals are hit!
  •  Keeping an eye on market and competition trends to always stay ahead of the game.
  •  Working hand-in-hand with internal teams to create solutions that our clients will love.


Who We’re Looking for 


  •  2+ years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in the retail space - bonus points if you know the FinTech or tech industry!
  •  Fluency in Polish and English (a must for team communication).
  •  A people-person with a talent for building relationships and a flair for negotiating.
  •  Highly motivated, independent, and always up for a challenge.
  •  Team-oriented, full of energy, ideas, and a great sense of humor!
