Opis stanowiska

Our client is a fast-growing Paris-based fintech operating across multiple European markets, focused on delivering FX and financial solutions for SMEs. Backed by strong funding and expanding through both organic growth and acquisitions, the company is building scalable, tech-enabled sales structures across new regions. 

We are looking for a Senior Forex Sales Executive to own the Czech market: full-cycle B2B sales, high-value deals, CFO/treasury conversations.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to become the first commercial hire dedicated to the Czech market.

  • Build the Czech client portfolio from scratch

  • Focus primarily on new business acquisition (hunter role)

  • Gradually transition to a more specialized sales role as the team grows

  • Work in a highly international environment across multiple European markets

  • Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and operations teams

Responsibilities

  • Drive new business acquisition within the SME segment

  • Build and manage your own sales pipeline

  • Convert leads into active clients

  • Collaborate with SDRs and marketing on outbound campaigns

  • Work with a modern sales stack (HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, Clay)

  • Coordinate internally to ensure smooth handover to account management

Requirements

  • Experience in FX sales or related financial services (e.g. factoring, lending, B2B finance)

  • Native or fluent Czech

  • Good command of English

  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to work independently

Flexibility on seniority:

  • Open to slightly less experienced candidates with strong potential

  • Market knowledge and sales drive can compensate for shorter experience

Compensation & Targets

  • Competitive base salary - up to EUR 5500 per month (based on experience)

  • Commission-based model linked to performance - approx. 8–10% of first-year P&L

  • Example: ~€50k bonus on €500k performance

  • total expected compensation within the first year should range between EUR 100 000 and EUR 150 000
