SDR / Lead Generation Specialist
We're a small Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform consultancy. We have happy clients and strong technical skills. What we don't have is a predictable pipeline of new business. That's where you come in.
This is a build-from-scratch role. There's no existing playbook, no marketing team feeding you leads, no SDR manager telling you what to do. You'll have daily access to the founder, tools you need, and case studies to reference — but the outreach strategy? You'll figure that out.

WHAT YOU'LL ACTUALLY DO
• Research and identify companies that could benefit from Microsoft Dynamics 365 / Power Platform implementations
• Build targeted prospect lists (you decide: by industry, company size, trigger events, tech signals)
• Write and send cold outreach — email, LinkedIn, possibly cold calls
• Test different messages, channels, and angles until something works
• Book qualified meetings for the founder
• Track everything, learn from results, iterate weekly
YOU'LL BE A FIT IF
• You've done B2B outreach before — even if informal (freelancing, side projects, previous job)
• You're naturally curious about business technology and can learn what Dynamics 365 / Power Platform actually does
• You don't wait for instructions — you try things, track results, and adjust
• You can write clear, non-spammy messages that sound human
• Rejection doesn't discourage you — it's just data
• Fluent Polish and English
NOT A FIT IF
• You need a manager to tell you what to do each day
• You expect warm leads handed to you
• You're uncomfortable with ambiguity and experimentation
• You've never done cold outreach and aren't excited to learn
WHAT WE OFFER
• Possible to start Part-time (15-25 hrs/week) with path to full-time based on results
• Daily check-ins with the founder — you'll get feedback and support
• Tools: CRM, email automation, LinkedIn Sales Navigator — whatever you need
• Existing case studies and client references you can use in outreach
• Commission/bonus structure on deals that close from your pipeline
• Fully remote
