Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Romania
Your responsibilities will include:
- solving technical problems of the company's customers related to the use of Google Workspace,
- providing support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace,
- conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution,
- appearing at industry events, providing support for the sales and marketing department.
Requirements:
- Romanian language native speaker,
- English language on very good level (at least B2+),
- knowledge or experience in IT (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks),
- knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar,
- willingness to work with customers and supporting them on daily basis.
Knowledge “nice to have”:
- Experience in administering Google Workspace,
- knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basic of Linux,
- SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management, etc.).
