Junior Cloud Support Specialist for Romania

Your responsibilities will include:

• solving technical problems of the company's customers related to the use of Google Workspace,
• providing support for migration from third-party solutions to Google Workspace,
• conducting trainings for customers on the Google Workspace solution,
• appearing at industry events, providing support for the sales and marketing department.

Requirements:

• Romanian language native speaker,
• English language on very good level (at least B2+),
• knowledge or experience in IT (DNS, Operating Systems, Networks),
• knowledge of Google services like Gmail, Drive, and Calendar,
• willingness to work with customers and supporting them on daily basis.

Knowledge “nice to have”:

• Experience in administering Google Workspace,
• knowledge of command lines (CLI) and basic of Linux,
• SaaS services (CRM, Ticket Management, etc.).
