About this role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Business Partner to join our team. In this role, you will be a key partner to the business, providing financial insights and support to drive strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial planning and analysis, accounting principles, and business processes.


How will your daily work look like?

  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with business leaders to understand their financial needs and provide proactive support in areas such as budgeting, forecasting, and cost management.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities. Develop financial models and scenarios to support business decisions.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present financial reports to management, including monthly financial statements, variance analysis, and KPIs.
  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of financial operations.


What qualifications do you need to join us?

  • 3+ years of experience in a finance business partnering role in the IT industry
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial planning
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
  • Proven leadership and team management abilities
  • Fluent both Polish and English
