What will your day-to-day look like?

Define and Deliver Product Vision: Lead the creation and evolution of digital products by defining the vision, roadmap, and goals to meet the needs of public sector users and stakeholders.

Stakeholder and Team Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison between stakeholders, end-users, and internal teams, including Analytics, Research, Strategy, Content Design, UX/UI Design, and Development.

Backlog Prioritization and Management: Own and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring alignment with user needs, policy objectives, and business goals while delivering value in iterative increments.

Drive Discovery and Delivery: Balance user research, policy objectives, and service design to ensure that products meet the standards for public sector digital services. Lead discovery phases to validate concepts and transition seamlessly into delivery.

Adaptable Product Leadership: Champion agile practices to accommodate evolving priorities, ensuring that product features are delivered iteratively, focusing on user feedback and continuous improvement.

Outcome-Oriented Decision Making: Monitor key product metrics and user insights to measure impact, refine features, and communicate progress to stakeholders clearly and transparently.

Champion Accessibility and Standards: Ensure that all digital services comply with public sector accessibility standards and follow best practices in usability and ethical data handling.

Travel Opportunities: Be open to occasional travel to Riyadh to engage with clients, stakeholders, and teams on-site, as required.


What qualifications do you need?

  • Experience: 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital service delivery for the public sector or a similar field.
  • Product Management Skills: Proven ability to define product roadmaps, manage backlogs, and lead cross-functional teams through the discovery, design, and delivery phases.
  • User-Centered Design Expertise: Strong understanding of user research, service design, user experience design, design systems, analytics tools for measuring product performance and how to integrate these into product development to create effective and inclusive digital services.
  • Agile Product Development: Experience delivering products in agile environments, using methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, and working in sprint cycles.
  • Language Proficiency: Proficiency in both written and spoken English (C1/C2+)
  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Exceptional communication skills to align stakeholders, communicate priorities, and advocate for user needs while managing competing requirements.
  • Technical Insight: A strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of modern digital technologies, with experience collaborating closely with development teams to shape viable solutions.
  • Public Sector Knowledge: Familiarity with government digital service standards and policies, including accessibility requirements.
  • Ownership and Accountability: A track record of taking full ownership of products and driving them to successful outcomes through a user-focused and solution-oriented approach.
  • Growth Mindset: A passion for continuous learning and adapting to new challenges within public sector service delivery.
