🚀 Your Mission

We’re on the lookout for a Senior Marketing Manager, a strategic thinker and hands-on executor who will develop a predictable, repeatable lead generation process that drives measurable results. Working closely with the CEO (who directly oversees sales), you will have a critical role in designing and managing strategies that fuel both inbound and outbound lead generation efforts. Over time, we envision this person growing into the Marketing Director role, providing the leadership necessary to elevate our brand and drive impactful outcomes.

Build a predictable, repeatable lead generation process that consistently delivers qualified leads aligned with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP). The focus is on generating a steady stream of high-value intro calls each month, which will be conducted by our Senior Partners and Digital Consultants.

You'll own our marketing strategy and execution, turning ambitious goals into tangible results:

  • Craft and execute revenue-focused marketing strategies that resonate in MENA and Europe
  • Lead demand generation and ABM programs that land and expand key accounts
  • Build our thought leadership position in UX/digital transformation
  • Drive ROI through smart budget management and data-driven decisions
  • Lead and mentor our marketing and lead gen squads
  • Collaborate with Practice Leaders to create compelling sector narratives
  • Orchestrate multi-channel campaigns that capture attention and drive action


🛠️ Your Toolkit

  • Master of marketing automation (we use HubSpot as the main CRM)
  • Proven ABM strategist and executor
  • Data-driven decision maker
  • Deep grasp of digital consulting and UX/UI landscape


📈 Your Track Record

  • 5+ years of experience leading B2B marketing in the IT consulting and professional services sector
  • Proven revenue impact through marketing initiatives (we want to hear specifics!)
  • International market experience
  • Master's Degree/MBA preferred (but we value results over papers)
  • Excellent communication skills, fluency in both Polish and English
  • Experience in MENA markets is a plus
