That’s who we are

Flyps is a high‑tech software house with 8 years of experience on the market. We specialize in projects that require deep expertise and strong engineering culture — R&D, AI, computer vision, and high‑scale systems.

We build software for self‑driving robots, biotech and medtech companies, IoT, and data‑driven products. Alongside client work, we also create our own internal products (including a social live‑selling platform). We work with both Polish and international clients — including American Fortune 500 companies and unicorns. We built the first cashless and self‑service stores in Poland, and our team was among the pioneers of building automation.


The role

We’re looking for a Sales Representative to support and grow our lead generation and early sales efforts. This role is a great fit if you enjoy researching companies, reaching out to decision‑makers, and opening new conversations in the high‑tech and AI space.


What you’ll do

  • Independently research and identify high‑potential leads and decision‑makers

  • Run outbound outreach via email, LinkedIn, and other tools

  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads and assess real sales potential

  • Actively book and hand over intro calls to the sales team

  • Collaborate closely with marketing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting

  • Maintain data quality and pipeline visibility in Pipedrive

  • Support market analysis and outreach strategy for selected industries (AI, medtech, biotech, high‑tech)


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR, or B2B sales support (preferably in tech or software)

  • Good understanding of IT services, software development, or emerging technologies

  • Fluent Polish (C1) and English (B2+)

  • Strong communication, research, and qualification skills

  • Proactive mindset and ability to work independently
