Technical Project Manager

The role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to lead and coordinate innovative projects at the intersection of fintech, e-commerce integrations, and AI-driven solutions. This role requires a blend of technical awareness, organizational skills, and strong communication, with plenty of space for ownership and impact.

What you’ll do

• Plan, initiate, and coordinate end-to-end IT projects across teams and stakeholders

• Oversee delivery in areas such as subscription models, API integrations (REST APIs), Shopify, Stripe, and related e-commerce platforms

• Monitor project progress at every stage, ensuring alignment with scope, timeline, and goals

• Translate business requirements into actionable tasks, working closely with both clients and technical teams

• Organize and lead regular project meetings (internal and with US-based clients)

• Proactively identify process improvements and implement them to optimize delivery

• Ensure effective communication and collaboration across distributed teams

• Maintain high-quality documentation, including technical records needed for grant-based projects

What we’re looking for

• 5+ years of experience in project management in a tech or startup environment

• Hands-on familiarity with REST APIs, Shopify, Stripe, and preferably low-code tools

• Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum delivery practices

• Proven experience in end-to-end delivery management of IT projects

• Ability to analyze customer requirements from both business and technical perspectives

• Strong organizational and time management skills – for yourself and the team

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills

• Proactive, problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt in dynamic environments

• Comfortable working in a bilingual setting (Polish B2+ and English B2+)
