Since 2021, our team has grown from 35 specialists to over 150 employees. Our headquarters is located in the heart of Warsaw, at Rondo Daszyńskiego. We have also opened five regional offices—in Spain, Rzeszów, Wrocław, Kraków, and Lublin. Thanks to our innovative approach, we are continuously growing, and now we are looking for someone to join our team as a E-commerce Manager.

Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the e-commerce and marketplace strategy.
Grow the marketplace platform in close cooperation with the Marketing team.
Manage digital marketing activities (SEO, SEM, LinkedIn).
Analyze sales data and prepare KPI reports.
Collaborate with the Sales and Operations departments.
Monitor and report on e-commerce metrics, including GMV, conversion rates, active sellers, and buyers.
Launch initiatives to increase GMV by expanding the supplier and customer base.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in e-commerce (B2B, marketplace).
Hands-on experience with marketplace KPIs (GMV, CAC, CLV, user activity).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
Solid knowledge of digital marketing and analytics tools.
Project management experience, including managing technology partners.
Knowledge of the food commodities or FMCG industry will be an advantage.
