Customer Service Professional with German

GDAŃSK - hybrid mode - 2 from the office


Your daily tasks:

  • Providing the highest level of customer service (phone/e-mail) in fin-tech industry;
  • Answering incoming calls and meeting targets set by the customer and management;
  • Following company policies and procedures, ensuring quality;
  • Performing daily tasks in an efficient and timely manner;
  • Achieving quality goals for calls and customer satisfaction.


What do we expect from you?

  • Language: Proficiency in German (C1) and basic English (A2);
  • Experience: Cool if you have experience in sales;
  • Technology: Knowledge of MS Office and developed computer skills;
  • Personality: Motivated and enthusiastic.

Working conditions:

  • Type of contract you choose yourself (freelance contract for students or employment contract);
  • Basic salary + bonuses;
  • Flexible working hours: 7:00 am - 10:00 pm, Monday - Sunday (5 days per week, 8 hours a day);
  • hybrid work (only 2 days from the office in Gdańsk).
