What you need to start the adventure with us: 

  • University studies in psychology, sociology, data science, market research, customer experience (CX), user experience (UX), marketing, or a related field.
  • Good command of English (minimum B2 level) – mandatory.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially PowerPoint.
  • Familiarity with feedback gathering tools (e.g., Webankieta, Hotjar, Slido) – a plus.
  • Working knowledge of digital workshop tools such as Figma or Miro – a plus.
  • Knowledge of the insurance industry – advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills with a focus on collaboration.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
