We are an international medical corporation, providing products and services in the healthcare industry offering life-saving essential drugs and medical devices for infusion, transfusion and clinical nutrition. 🩺💊

Our Shared Service Center in Wroclaw has existed since August 2014 and brings together accountants working for 16 European markets. There are already 200 of us, but we are still growing and expanding our scope of operations.

This is how your responsibilities would look like: 💻

• Journal Entries posting and validating
• Cash application performing
• Identifying and solving payments discrepancies
• Dunning letters processing/ dunning runs executing
• Customer invoicing manual processing
• Receivables reporting
• Receivables Sub-Ledger period end process reporting
• Effectively handling customer inquiries
• Identifying and managing potential disputes
• Cooperating with Retain Organization in terms of proper accounting process delivery and execution

We also need to have some requirements, so here they are: 📚

• Very good knowledge of Italian
• 1+ years of experience working in financial and accounting SSC environment
• Excellent knowledge of accounts receivable process
• SAP system knowledge nice to have
• Good knowledge of English (additional European language knowledge as advantage)
• Microsoft Office knowledge (esp. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Excellent organization, problem solving & attention to details skills
• Collaborative attitude with approach of solution finding
• Team player, goal oriented, flexible
• Analytical skills
• University degree in economics / finance with major in Accounting as preferred educational background
