Junior E-commerce Designer / Content Creator (Shopify)

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented junior team member to support our day-to-day e-commerce operations, with a strong focus on visual content, design and product presentation for our online stores.

This role is primarily design- and content-driven, with basic coding support responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Create and design engaging product content, including descriptions, visuals, banners and graphics for e-commerce websites

• Design and prepare visual assets for product pages, campaigns and promotions

• Take product packshots and edit photos for online use

• Maintain and optimise product listings and visual presentation across our Shopify stores

• Collaborate closely with the marketing team on creative concepts and promotional projects

• Provide occasional, basic front-end support (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)

Requirements

• Experience with content creation and product presentation in an e-commerce environment (Shopify)

• Strong design and visual skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma)

• Good sense of layout, branding and visual consistency

• Creativity, strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently

• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript

Nice to have

• Interest in Japanese culture

• Basic understanding of SEO for content and product pages

• Product photography skills

• Practical experience using AI tools in everyday creative work
