The role:

As an eCommerce Solution Architect / Consultant, you will work across client engagements – from discovery and solution design through to delivery oversight and advisory. You'll be a trusted expert for both our clients and our internal teams, helping to define the right approaches to complex commerce challenges.

This is a senior, client-facing role that blends deep technical knowledge with business acumen. You will engage with stakeholders at the highest levels, lead architectural decisions, and contribute to shaping how Future Mind grows its eCommerce capabilities.

In this position you will:

• lead solution design and architecture for eCommerce platforms, with a strong focus on Shopify Plus,

• run discovery workshops and requirements sessions with senior client stakeholders,

• translate business goals into technical roadmaps and actionable delivery plans,

• oversee and guide development teams throughout the project lifecycle,

• ensure solution quality, scalability, and alignment with platform best practices,

• act as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders at C-level and management level,

• drive the development of eCommerce delivery standards and best practices within Future Mind,

• support pre-sales activities — contribute to proposals, estimates, and solution scoping,

• mentor and provide technical guidance to colleagues working on commerce projects.

What we're looking for:

We are universally interested in candidates who take ownership of their work and learning, think critically and analytically, and are comfortable working in a consultative role — understanding both the technology and the business context it serves.

For this role specifically, we're looking for:

• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience with Shopify Plus in enterprise-scale projects,

• a proven track record of delivering eCommerce solutions for retail or consumer brands,

• strong understanding of the retail landscape: omni-channel, inventory, promotions, fulfilment,

• experience engaging directly with senior stakeholders and driving solution decisions,

• fluent English (C1+) — all client communication is conducted in English, knowledge of Polish is also required,

• solid knowledge of the Shopify ecosystem: APIs, Liquid, Hydrogen/Headless, ERP/PIM/OMS integrations,

• the ability to lead discovery workshops and present architectural recommendations to business audiences.

Nice to have:

• experience with multi-market Shopify Plus deployments (internationalization, multi-store, multi-currency),

• familiarity with other enterprise commerce platforms (e.g. Commercetools, SFCC, Magento),

• shopify Partner or Shopify Plus Partner certifications,

• background in pre-sales or solution consulting in an agency or software house environment.
