Accountant / Financial Manager

Funtico is a fast-growing company in the Web3 gaming space, combining blockchain with gaming to create exciting experiences. We’re looking for a dedicated Accountant / Financial Manager to join our team and take charge of our financial operations.

What You’ll Do:

As our Accountant / Financial Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring financial efficiency and compliance within our fast-paced, innovative environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Transaction Management: Process payments through SEPA, SWIFT, and cryptocurrency platforms;
• Treasury Operations: Manage bank cards and oversee treasury functions;
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, reconcile accounts, and ensure accurate financial records in QuickBooks;
• Payroll Management: Handle payroll processing and PE personnel payments, including salary accruals;
• Data Organization: Maintain and organize financial documents, invoices, and other records;
• Process Optimization: Develop and manage advanced Excel spreadsheets for improved financial tracking and analysis.

What We’re Looking For:

You’re a detail-oriented finance professional who thrives in dynamic environments and is passionate about innovation. Here’s what we’re looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Auditing;
• 2+ years of experience in accounting or finance;
• Proficient in Google Sheets and MS excel;
• Experience with treasury functions, including bank payments and cryptocurrencies;
• Intermediate proficiency in English;
• Knowledge of QuickBooks accounting software is preferred.
