Contracts and Billing Specialist

We are looking for a Contract and Billing Specialist to join our Contract and Billing Support Team working remotely from Warsaw with our colleagues in Finland and other European countries to record and execute contracts and transactions with our clients across Europe.

This position is connected directly to our mother-ship in Helsinki, where the Contract and Billing Support Team is based and involves cooperation with our colleagues across the group.

Key Responsibilities of the team:

• Customer master data management.
• Customer contract data management.
• Managing the revenue recognition process.
• Customer billing and self-billing processes.
• Customer portal registrations (for invoice upload purposes).
• Invoicing and responsibilities related to e-invoice tools.
• Customer dunning process.
• Contract archiving tasks and support to internal stakeholders.
• Other process and system support to internal stakeholders (project managers, sales, etc.).
• Participating in ERP-system release testing.
• Other tasks related to contracts, billing and financial settlement.

What else are we looking for:

• Experience in working with ERP, financial reporting, invoicing software, e.g. Workday etc. 
• Good command of more advanced features of Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar position within an international organization.
• Knowledge of Finnish will be an advantage, but it is not required.
