We’re looking for an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Warsaw.
At Future Mind, we’re helping top retail and e-commerce brands navigate digital transformation with tailored consulting and delivery services. As part of our team, you’ll be playing a key role in managing client relationships, driving strategic conversations, and shaping digital solutions that are making a real difference.
What you’ll be doing:
Client Relationship:
- Building and nurturing long-term partnerships with existing and new clients.
- Staying close to clients’ evolving business and technology needs and proactively identifying how we can help.
- Representing Future Mind with confidence and clarity — acting as one of the faces of our brand.
Sales & Strategy:
- Leading and coordinating the full sales cycle — from offer creation to negotiation, closing, and ongoing account growth
- Communicating the value of our digital advisory and delivery services in a way that’s resonating with decision-makers
- Supporting inbound lead generation — we’re working primarily through referrals and trusted networks, not cold calling.
Internal Collaboration:
- Collaborating closely with our Consulting and Solutions teams to be creating strategies, running pilot programs, and building implementation offers.
- Acting as the link between the client and our agile project teams, making sure everyone is staying aligned.
Process & Documentation:
- Drafting and maintaining clear, lightweight documentation and reporting.
What we’re looking for:
- Experience and/or education allowing you to hold effective talks with clients on the subject of application of new technologies in business with the purpose of improving performance.
- Interest and/or experience in working with e-commerce, marketing automation, content management systems, and general online business and technologies.
- Good rhetorical skills and a high level of awareness in communication.
- The ability to lead conversations in a broad cultural context is an additional advantage.
- A curiosity about the world, people, and cultures.
What we're looking for:
- The ability to speak confidently with clients about how digital tools can improve business performance.
- Interest or experience in e-commerce, marketing automation, CMS platforms, and online business strategies.
- Great communication skills, both in writing and face-to-face — with a good dose of cultural awareness.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Curiosity about people, business, and technology.
Bonus points if you also have:
- A background in digital consulting or familiarity with how software development teams work.
- Some exposure to project management, psychology, teaching, linguistics, or cultural studies.
- Experience using a CRM and a good attitude toward staying organized with tools and admin.
- Openness to learning and using new tech to make your work easier and more effective.
...and here’s what we offer:
-
Non-corporate, transparent environment where everyone’s voice matters.
-
Flexible work hours (really) and remote work options — no 9-to-5 grind.
-
Regular salary reviews based on skills, engagement, and results.
-
Direct impact on projects — your ideas and input truly shape what we do.
-
Financial support for training, conferences, and continuous learning.
-
Health & wellness perks — private health insurance, sports card, language courses, and more.
-
Office comforts: Free breakfasts, snacks, gaming and chill-out space, foosball table.
-
Team getaways and retreats to connect, relax, and have fun.
-
Awesome teammates — smart, curious, passionate, and easy to get along with.
