Your Mission as a Solutions Architect:
- Design and implement scalable technical solutions tailored to client needs using Gainsight’s platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, Product, and Customer Success) to align solutions with business goals.
- Provide expert guidance on API integrations and ensure seamless system connectivity.
- Develop and optimize technical architectures, ensuring best practices and long-term scalability.
- Work closely with clients, understanding their challenges and translating business needs into effective solutions.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, knowledge bases, and best practice guides.
- Act as a mentor for junior team members and contribute to internal training initiatives.
The Skills and Expertise We Value:
- 3+ years of experience in Professional Services, Enterprise Product Implementation, or a related field (experience in SaaS is a big plus!).
- Experience working in Customer Success roles (CSM, CS Ops, etc.), ideally using Gainsight or similar platforms.
- Strong technical foundation in: CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and Relational databases & data integration processes (SQL, querying, joining, and transforming large datasets)
- Ability to work cross-functionally, staying connected with both internal teams and customers.
- Excellent English communication skills – you’ll be working with teams and customers across different countries.
- Strong interpersonal skills – ability to explain technical concepts clearly to different audiences.
