Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our affiliate team and help us grow cooperation with online creators, streamers and gaming communities.
This role is for someone who understands the internet, creator content, gaming and online communities, and wants to learn how to build campaigns that can be measured not only by reach, but also by actual performance.
✨ What your work will look like
You will be one of the people responsible for working with online creators globally. Most campaigns will start with research, creator evaluation and internal approval. If a creator fits the campaign, you will help prepare the cooperation proposal, brief, links, codes, materials and publication timeline. After the campaign, you will prepare a short performance summary with key learnings.
Campaigns will cover game launches, promotions, software, gift cards and products matched to specific communities. Sometimes it will be a larger creator, sometimes a microinfluencer, sometimes a streamer with a very specific niche audience.
📋 What you will do
Research, selection and evaluation of creators - gaming, lifestyle, on various platforms; from microinfluencers working in niche community, to mainstream with global reach.
Build and update creator databases by market, language, platform, category and campaign potential.
Contact influencers and managers, and handle follow-ups.
Support the preparation of cooperation proposals, briefs and campaign arrangements.
Coordinate promo codes, tracking links, creative assets, landing pages and game keys.
Keep track of publication deadlines, correct tagging and campaign requirements.
Support campaigns related to game launches, promotions, software and gift cards.
Monitor basic results: clicks, code usage, sales, engagement, cost and campaign KPIs.
Prepare simple reports and post-campaign learnings.
Support campaign setup and management in tools such as Impact / Impact Creators.
Being proactive in contact with creator, so our cooperation will fit to their changing type of content - still delivering results for both sides."

First experience in influencer marketing, social media, community, gaming, agency work, e-commerce or cooperation with creators.
Good understanding of YouTube, Twitch, TikTok, Instagram and Discord - enough to assess creators and their communities.
Genuine interest in gaming and creator content.
Strong organization skills: databases, follow-ups, deadlines, briefs and several topics running at the same time.
Communicative English and confidence working with Excel / Google Sheets for databases, reporting and simple analysis.

Ability to evaluate creators not only by follower count, but also by channel quality, comments, engagement and product fit.
Confidence in writing short, clear and specific messages to creators and managers.
Iterative approach to work - you will help build a new channel, learn its specifics, draw conclusions from campaigns and improve them over time.
Ownership of operational tasks without needing someone to remind you about every next step.
Curiosity about creator markets, trends and gaming communities.
➕ Nice to have
Experience in gaming, esports, streaming or creator economy.
Experience with promo codes, affiliate links, tracking or performance campaigns.
Previous contact with gaming creators or microinfluencers.
Knowledge of tools such as Impact, Impact Creators, Upfluence, indaHash, Modash, Brand24, Sotrender, NapoleonCat or similar.
Basic understanding of the PC and console games market, Steam, keyshops, software, gift cards and subscriptions.
Personal experience with communities, Discord, Twitch, YouTube, TikTok or small creator projects.
