Senior RTR Accountant with German

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded,
• Perform monthly reconciliations of accounts to the general ledger,
• Prepare and review financial statements and reports,
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities,
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure proper financial reporting and adherence to accounting policies,
• Conduct periodic audits of financial records and reconcile discrepancies,
• Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations related to financial transactions,
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices in financial accounting.

Qualifications:

• Fluency in German and a strong command of English,
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field,
• 3+ years of experience in RTR,
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software,
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and standards,
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills,
• Knowledge of IFRS and US GAAP,
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills,
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
