Team Leader in accounting team (AP+AR) with German and English

RESPONSIBILITIES:

▶️ Lead and manage a team, ensuring high-quality service delivery across assigned processes,

▶️ Handle daily communication with multiple customers,

▶️ Act as the first point of contact for escalations, process clarifications, and team support,

▶️ Motivate, coach and mentor the team to achieve individual and team objectives,

▶️ Define annual performance objectives for team members,

▶️ Monitor KPIs to ensure goals are consistently achieved and improved,

▶️ Drive continuous improvement initiatives and identify process optimization opportunities,

▶️ Support onboarding, training, and development of new team members,

▶️ Provide insights through regular performance and operational reporting,

▶️ Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team and across departments,

▶️ Ensure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and external regulations,

▶️ Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.

REQUIREMENTS:

▶️ German and English at a communicative level (minimum B2),

▶️ Solid accounting knowledge and ability to solve complex accounting issues (both AP and AR),

▶️ Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload effectively,

▶️ Strong problem-solving skills,

▶️ Customer service orientation,

▶️ Strong leadership and people management skills,

▶️ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
