Growth Hacker | Remote | Full-time

We’re looking for a highly creative and analytical Growth Hacker to help accelerate getimg.ai’s growth across acquisition, activation, retention, partnerships, and viral loops.

This role is ideal for someone obsessed with experimentation, distribution, AI trends, internet culture, and building scalable growth systems.

You should be comfortable running rapid experiments, analyzing performance, and identifying unconventional opportunities that can create outsized impact.

What You’ll Do

• Design and execute growth experiments across multiple channels

• Identify and scale viral acquisition opportunities

• Build and optimize funnels for activation and retention

• Work closely with product and marketing teams to improve onboarding and engagement

• Launch and test AI-related content strategies, landing pages, communities, and partnerships

• Analyze user behavior and performance metrics to improve conversion rates

• Monitor trends in AI, creator tools, and social platforms to identify new growth opportunities

• Help create referral systems, affiliate programs, and partnership campaigns

• Use automation and AI tools to increase growth velocity

• Collaborate on product-led growth initiatives

• Work directly with the founders — no bureaucracy, no waiting for approval chains

Requirements

• Proven experience in startup growth, product marketing, performance marketing, or growth engineering

• Strong understanding of acquisition channels including SEO, social, creators, communities, paid acquisition, partnerships, and product-led growth

• Analytical mindset with strong experimentation skills

• Comfortable working with data, analytics, and dashboards

• Strong execution skills and bias toward action

• Deep interest in AI tools, generative AI, creators, or SaaS products

• Excellent communication skills in English

• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving environment

Nice to Have

• Experience scaling AI or SaaS products

• Experience building viral loops or referral systems

• Familiarity with tools like PostHog, Ahrefs, or similar

• Technical skills or automation experience

• Existing audience or network in AI/creator ecosystems
