Required skill set:

• English language – strong both oral & written

• Project Management skills – defining managing plans

• Experience in country rollouts of Finance systems (preferably Oracle but can be any – e.g. SAP)

• Experience in planning and management of data migration, systems integration testing (SIT) and cutover

Description of the position:

• Accountable for rollout of the core model of new finance platform into multiple EMEA countries across a series of waves

• Owner of country rollout plan and critical path management • Ensure local responsibilities within the implementation are communicated, executed and tracked with RAID maintained for release – activities to focus on data, systems integration testing (SIT), cutover and post go live hyper-care model

• Co-chairs Country Review Board Meetings by being active in local steering committee

• Industrialise rollout methodology across countries

Specific requirements:

• English language mandatory

• Experience in Oracle Finance systems not mandatory but preferred

• Experience in any COTS Finance system implementation mandatory

• Experience in multi country rollouts of ERP software/COTS systems

Travelling required: PROBALY TWICE PER MTH. 2/3 DAYS PER TRIP. FRANCE, NETHERLANDS, BELGIUM, GERMANY, POLAND WOULD BE MAIN COUNTRY.
