Office Manager

By joining our team as an Office Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining the efficient daily operations of our office. Located in one of our office in Lodz, you will be part of a dynamic team that is dedicated to providing top-tier administrative support.In this role, you will be the backbone of our office, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. Your expertise will help enhance the overall efficiency of the office, contributing to our continued success in providing exceptional administrative and organizational support.

We expect candidates to be located in Lodz.

Responsibilities:

• Taking responsibility for the smooth operation of our office in Lodz

• Contact with external suppliers, including building administration

• Close cooperation with the Headquarters

• Supporting Administration Team

• Help with onboarding organization

• Making sure that all supplies and materials are available

• Office documentation handling

• Assist with the relocation process

• Any other office operations

Requirements:

• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work

• Attention to detail and problem solving skills

• Advanced written and verbal communication skills

• Outstanding organizational and planning skills in a fast-paced environment

• Strong command of Polish, English, and Russian (B1+ level)
