As a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer, you will design, develop, and implement robust BI solutions that provide insights to leadership. This involves architecting data marts, constructing efficient data pipelines, and automating reporting processes. Your ability to transform data into compelling visualizations will be crucial in helping stakeholders understand the business impact of their decisions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality data solutions that support our growth objectives.

- Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building KPI frameworks that effectively track business and measure the success of business strategies.
- Develop robust data infrastructure, which includes building SQL scripts, creating data sets, crafting problem-solving models, and designing user-friendly dashboards.
- Lead assigned projects from conceptualization to delivery and ensure your data solutions offer relevant, quality data and insights to the growth of the business.
- Partner with stakeholders to define and gather requirements for building KPI frameworks that track the bus and measure the success of business strategies.
- Transform raw data into insights by developing data models, data marts, and automating reporting processes to provide leadership with a clear picture of business and process performance.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience working with analytical tools and/or data analysis (e.g. SQL, Python, Business Intelligence/dashboards).
- MBA, Master's degree, or advanced degree in a technical or scientific field of study.
- Experience supporting data sales operations, consulting, or program management and cross-functional BI initiatives in a cloud business.
- Experience writing SQL queries and retrieving data from relational databases.
- Experience with SQL, BI tools, and using code to perform data analysis.
- Experience in cloud-based data platforms and related BI services.
- Ability to absorb technical concepts and communicate them to both technical and non-technical audiences.
