We’re looking for a Lead Generation & Sales Specialist to take charge of our outbound sales efforts and bring in new business.

What You’ll Do
Own the entire sales cycle — research, outbound outreach, discovery calls, proposals, negotiation, and closing
Proactively build a pipeline using LinkedIn, email, cold calls, and other outbound channels
Understand client needs and present our software development services as tailored solutions
Work closely with technical leads to prepare proposals and accurate estimates
Maintain detailed records and provide weekly reports on outreach and sales activity
Contribute ideas and feedback to improve sales messaging and targeting strategies
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in B2B sales or business development, ideally in software development or IT services
Strong “hunter” mentality — proactive, focused, and motivated by results
Excellent written and spoken English skills
Confident communicator and skilled negotiator
Self-driven, organized, and capable of working independently
Familiarity with common web/mobile development services and tech terms
Nice to Have
Sales experience targeting the US and European markets
Experience using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or Pipedrive
Background in digital agencies or software development companies
Understanding of software delivery lifecycles (agile, MVPs, etc.)
