What We’re Looking For:

We want ambitious, self-motivated sales professionals who thrive on building relationships, closing deals


Key Responsibilities:

  • Close new business deals with potential clients.
  • Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
  • Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their software development and cybersecurity challenges.
  • Provide weekly reports detailing progress, completed tasks, and upcoming goals.


Qualifications:

  • Proven sales experience, particularly within the software development or technology industries.
  • Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of software development processes, cybersecurity solutions, and technical concepts.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.


What We Offer:

  • 5,000 PLN base salary plus 5% commission on every closed deal, with no earning cap. Our recent deals have averaged between 60,000 USD and 120,000 USD, offering significant earning potential.
  • Remote work with flexible hours. (40 hours weekly)
