What We’re Looking For:

Key Responsibilities:
- Close new business deals with potential clients.
- Identify and generate new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions that address their software development and cybersecurity challenges.
- Provide weekly reports detailing progress, completed tasks, and upcoming goals.
Qualifications:
- Proven sales experience, particularly within the software development or technology industries.
- Demonstrated success in closing deals and consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
- Strong understanding of software development processes, cybersecurity solutions, and technical concepts.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and proactively.
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
What We Offer:
- 5,000 PLN base salary plus 5% commission on every closed deal, with no earning cap. Our recent deals have averaged between 60,000 USD and 120,000 USD, offering significant earning potential.
