About your key responsibilities and impact:

1. Execute Daily Payment Processing:

- Manage the execution of day-to-day payment processing activities, ensuring accuracy

and timeliness across various markets and payment methods, including traditional banking, Electronic Money Institutions (EMIs), and cryptocurrency platforms.

- Ensure that all payment transactions are processed in compliance with internal policies and external regulations.

2. Transaction Posting to Accounting System:

- Post treasury-related transactions to the accounting system, ensuring that all entries are correctly recorded and align with financial reporting standards.

- Work with the accounting team to ensure the smooth integration of payment data into financial records.

3. Reconcile Bank, EMI, and Crypto Balances:

- Perform regular reconciliation of bank, EMI, and cryptocurrency balances to maintain accurate financial records.

- Identify and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner, working closely with relevant teams to keep balances up-to-date.

4. Optimize Payment Processes:

- Continuously review payment processes to identify opportunities for improvement, enhancing efficiency, reducing errors, and minimizing costs.

- Implement best practices and new technologies to streamline payment operations and ensure smooth execution.

5. Ensure Compliance and Accurate Documentation:

- Ensure all payment operations follow relevant regulations and internal risk management guidelines.

- Maintain accurate records of all payment transactions, ensuring that documentation is complete and accessible for audits and regulatory reviews.

6. Reporting and Communication:

- Prepare regular reports on payment processing activities, providing insights and updates to the treasury and finance teams.

- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure the smooth operation of payment processes and address any issues that arise.

 

Essential professional experience:

1. Experience in Payment Operations:

- 1-2 years of experience in payment operations, finance, or a related field, with hands-on experience in executing daily payment processing.

2. Basic Accounting and Transaction Posting Skills:

- Some experience in posting financial transactions to accounting systems, with an understanding of how payment data integrates into broader financial records.

3. Reconciliation Skills:

- Experience in reconciling bank, EMI, and cryptocurrency balances, with the ability to identify and resolve discrepancies independently.

4. Process Improvement Skills:

- Ability to review and optimize payment processes, with a focus on enhancing accuracy, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness.

5. Compliance Awareness:

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements related to payment operations, with experience in maintaining accurate transaction documentation.

6. Attention to Detail:

- Strong attention to detail, ensuring that all payment transactions are processed and recorded accurately.

7. Communication and Teamwork:

- Good communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with accounting, treasury, and finance teams to ensure smooth payment operations.
