Senior UX/UI Designer

We are looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer

💵 12,000 - 18,000 PLN + VAT (We predict a regular pay rise)

🌍 Flexible work mode (100% remote, office, or mix)

⛵ 20 days (+national holidays) of paid leave

We are Grafit (grafit.agency) - a boutique agency specializing in crafting digital products for startups and tech companies. Our primary focus is to help founders define, build, and scale their MVPs. While we value attractive visuals, we always strive for more than just aesthetics.

Your day-to-day

✅ Designing websites and apps from end-to-end (UX, UI)

✅ Leading your project design team

✅ Participation in consultations and workshops

✅ Working with Webflow developers

It's a match if you:

✅ Are good at running workshops and conducting research

✅ Know a lot about UX and design methods

✅ Have strong skills in UI and can create interactive prototypes in Figma

✅ Keep your Figma meticulously organized

✅ Are fluent in English & Polish (B2/C1 level)

✅ Are okay with weekly, evening calls with American clients

✅ Possess good communication and presentation skills

✅ Have an eagerness to improve your skills constantly
