Business Development Manager
We are currently seeking a proactive Business Development Manager to expand our client's activities within the Polish market. Your mission will be to identify strategic opportunities, open new accounts, and build lasting relationships with key industrial customers.
Your duties will include:
Market Intelligence and customer acquisition: Conduct market research to identify and acquire new customers in key sectors (automotive, logistics, aviation/aerospace, consumer electronics, defence industry, pharmaceutical industry, food industry, mechanical engineering etc.).
Strategic Planning: Plan and execute business trips and customer visits to maximize reach and impact.
Solution Selling: Present the solutions - including automated lines, robotic cells, and inspection systems, to potential business partners.
Requirements Analysis: Collect customer requirements and hand over qualified inquiries to the technical team.
Commercial Support: Opportunity to participate in proposal and offer preparation as the role evolves.
What we expect:
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B in sales/business development in industries such as mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automotive, defence, or in the automation industry for the following segments: automotive, logistics, aviation, consumer electronics, defence industry, food industry, pharmaceutical industry, and mechanical engineering. Experience in B2B sales within the automation industry is a significant advantage.
Language Skills: Professional proficiency in English is required.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building abilities.
Mindset: Customer-oriented approach with a proactive and professional attitude.
Technical Expertise: Strong technical background.
