Marketing & Business Development Advisor

For one of our clients we are seeking a Marketing & Business Development Advisor to support a dynamic team operating across the European region. The role focuses on coordinating BD and marketing activities, preparing key materials, and ensuring smooth information flow between multiple teams and markets.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing presentations, summaries and other materials used in client outreach

• Coordinate day‑to‑day BD and marketing tasks across different teams and locations

• Collect and organise information needed for reports, updates and internal briefings

• Support the creation of content for external and internal communication channels

• Keep databases, lists and project records up to date

• Help with planning and organising meetings, reviews and team activities

• Monitor ongoing projects and ensure deadlines and priorities are followed

• Work closely with colleagues to share information and maintain consistent messaging

Requirements:

• 2-4 years of experience in business development or marketing, ideally within professional services

• Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English (min. C1)

• Strong communication skills

• High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Familiarity with CRM or marketing tools is an advantage
