About the role:
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Marketing Campaign Specialist to join our small but highly collaborative brand team. This role is responsible for shaping, delivering and optimising our global email and brand marketing campaigns, while ensuring brand consistency across all communications.
You will manage end-to-end campaign planning and execution, working closely with business stakeholders to develop content, audience segmentation and high-quality communications that support our commercial and strategic goals.
You will also develop and manage the use of our branded materials to support our sales activities at events and PR campaigns.
While this role has no direct reports, it involves coordinating cross functional project teams across marketing, the wider business and third-party partners. Success requires strong project leadership, excellent organisation and the confidence to influence‑ without formal authority.
Key Responsibilities:
Campaign Development & Delivery
Lead the full lifecycle of email campaigns: from briefing and content development to segmentation, testing and performance reporting.
Work closely with business stakeholders to define campaign objectives, select target audiences and craft relevant, high impact‑ messaging.
Ensure all campaign assets adhere to brand guidelines, tone of voice, and compliance requirements.
Maintain and manage mailing lists, ensuring accurate segmentation and compliant data handling.
Brand Governance & Asset Management
Protect and uphold brand standards across all email communications and supporting materials.
Manage and improve brand assets and templates used for campaigns and internal communications.
Provide guidance to internal teams and partners on brand usage and best practices.
Project & Stakeholder Management
Manage campaign related projects involving internal teams, SMEs, designers, ‑copywriters and external vendors.
Coordinate timelines, briefs, approvals, dependencies and delivery milestones.
Build strong relationships with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into effective campaign outputs.
Communicate progress, risks, and delivery status clearly and regularly.
Requirements:
Proven experience in email marketing, campaign delivery or digital communications.
Strong project management skills with experience coordinating cross functional‑ teams.
Experience working with mailing lists, segmentation, and CRM/marketing automation tools e.g. Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
Ability to craft, review and optimise content aligned with brand guidelines.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Skilled at building relationships with stakeholders across different functions.
Nice to have:
Experience in the insurance, finance, IT or consulting sectors.
Experience developing and selecting branded assets for sales events and PR promotion.
