REACH & Chemical Compliance Manager

One of our Clients, a leader in chemical management, is looking for a REACH & Chemical Compliance Manager to join their team. In this highly visible role, you will lead compliance efforts across the EMEA region, ensuring all products meet evolving regulations and standards.

You’ll work closely with senior leadership, regulatory agencies, and industry groups to develop strategies, manage product registrations, and navigate complex regulatory landscapes. The team work in a hybrid mode (1 day a week in the offices). If you don’t live in Warsaw, you can work from the office as rarely as only 1 day a month.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the EMEA regulatory team to ensure compliance with REACH and other regional regulations.

• Monitor regulatory changes, assess impact, and communicate implementation plans to senior management.

• Manage product registration applications and liaise with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders.

• Act as a regulatory champion in R&D projects, supporting new product development.

• Represent the company in customer meetings and industry forums, advocating for regulatory positions.

What We’re Looking For

• Expertise with REACH: at least 5 years of experience

• Managerial experience: at least 2 years leading a team

• Very good English (C1)

• Proficiency in chemical management

• Background in chemistry or other sciences
