For one of our clients from the capital markets sector, we are looking for an experienced Treasury Specialist to join their ranks in Warsaw.

As a Treasury Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the daily liquidity and financing mechanics that underpin the firm’s investment activities. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact position at the core of fund operations, working closely with Financing, Trading, Operations, and Risk teams to ensure that cash, collateral, and funding needs are managed seamlessly and accurately across multiple funds and facilities.

Location: Warsaw, hybrid mode (4 days a week in the offices).

Your duties will include:

• cash management across multiple funds, monitoring balances and short‑term liquidity

• executing transfers, payments, and funding movements in line with trading needs

• monitoring margin, collateral, and financing positions

• tracking interest, fees, and financing costs

• reconciliations

• treasury reporting

Your skills & experience:

• min. 3 years of experience in treasury, collateral management, middle office, or fund operations

• advanced Excel

• very good English (B2/C1)
