🚀 UAV Systems Engineer (ArduPilot / RTK / Drones) | 3-month contract

We are looking for a hands-on UAV specialist who wants to work on real-world systems used in industrial environments.

🔧 Your responsibilities

• Integrate sensors and subsystems (GPS, RTK, cameras, rangefinders)

• Tune and stabilize UAV flight (PID tuning)

• Perform flight testing on-site

• Troubleshoot and optimize system performance

• Collaborate closely with hardware and software teams

🧠 Requirements

• Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Robotics, or similar

• Strong hands-on experience with ArduPilot

• Experience with RTK systems and dual GPS setups

• Solid understanding of UAV systems and MAVLink

• Experience with medium/large drones (25–30 kg MTOW)

• Practical, problem-solving mindset

Nice to have:

• C++ or Python

• ROS2

• Industrial UAV platform for wind turbine inspection and repair

• Work focused on integration, testing, and system behavior (not pure coding)

• Tech stack includes OrangeCube, Jetson/Raspberry Pi, MAVLink, LTE telemetry

🤝 Work model

• On-site work in Denmark (2 weeks/month)

• 3-month contract

• Possibility to return to Poland on weekends

• Support with relocation and accommodation – the company covers relocation and accommodation expenses.
