Graphical Design Operations / Technolog Odzieży

Along with dynamic company development, we are looking for talented and experienced Graphical Design Operators coordinating overall fashion design process.

Self-motivated and team player. Long-term contracts only in remote environment.

Requirements:

• Fluent English communication

• Clothing / Fashion education and hands on experience

• Knowledge of the principles of cutting and sewing

• Knowledge of clothing terminology in English

• Ability to work in Adobe Illustrator with proven experience

• Flexibility, accuracy and perseverance in performing tasks

• Openness to learning new systems

• Ability to work under time pressure

• Communication skills and predisposition to work effectively in an English-speaking team

• Full-time work availability with flexible hours

Job Description:

1. Create seasonal art pages for requested brands

2. Act as a liaison between the screen print production facilities (including PA team) and design

3. Communicate with factories on how to achieve the best production results

4. Ensure all separation art files and art pages are being executed consistently using the company template

5. Communicate with Design Operations on finalized files to be uploaded

6. Communicate daily with overseas partners to resolve questions or issues and send any requested standards for Sourcing and Production

7. Separate artwork for screen prints so that it is prepared for printing

8. Utilize digital presentation and style tracker to keep track of process

9. Assist with setting up key cross functional handoff meetings

10. Partner with Design Operations on the seasonal "Trip Book" (Line Plan Catalog) for Sourcing, which includes all art techniques for costing purposes

11. Add detail to season production charts for all brands

12. Ensure all PLM data is completed for each graphic

13. Special projects as assigned

Recruitment:

Introductory meeting (main) – one hour – teleconference with me and the Head of the Design Department, conducted in English. During this meeting, we also discuss technical scope, responsibilities, and expectations on both sides.

Second meeting (approximately one week after the first conversation, unless agreed otherwise) – in case of mutual interest, we finalize technical details and employment terms.
