Asset Servicing Analyst

Location: Warsaw (hybrid work 3 times per week from the office)

You will be part of a highly energetic team dedicated to the following tasks:

• Reconciling, handling, and submitting Withholding Tax (WHT) refund claims, stemming from dividend and interest payments made to our Clients, to tax authorities worldwide.
• Addressing inquiries posed by tax authorities and/or our Clients.
• Engaging in the onboarding process for new Clients, if necessary.
• Assisting in the development of specialized reports and taking part in ad-hoc projects.

Your key responsibilities:

• Compiling and organizing documents for the tax reclaim procedure.
• Assisting with the integration of new Clients or processes.
• Creating a secure environment to explore innovative solutions and foster creative thinking.
• Evaluating existing processes to uncover and manage potential risks.

Qualifications:

• 0-1 years of related work experience.
• Proficiency in English (B2+).
• Competency in computer usage (MS Office, O365).
• Ability to manage tasks efficiently and meet deadlines promptly.
• Strong innovation, creativity, and analytical problem-solving abilities.
• Eagerness to grow and learn quickly.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience.
