Job Description:

We are looking for an Operational / Finance Specialist to join our team in Warsaw. If you have experience in transfer processes, excellent English skills, and are proficient in Excel, this might be the perfect role for you!

Responsibilities:

✔ Handling transfer processes for investment funds (e.g., stock transfer forms, without payments).

✔ Entering data into the system, preparing instructions, and communicating with the market.

✔ Collecting and reconciling documents in the system.

✔ Monitoring systems and responding to market inquiries.

✔ Automating processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

✔ Fluency in English (daily work in English).

✔ Knowledge of financial markets and transfer processes.

✔ Strong Excel skills (e.g., pivot tables, formulas, data analysis).

✔ Attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work with large datasets.

✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
