Location: Poland, hybrid
Contract Type: Umowa o pracę tymczasową - 6 months initial contract
Rate: up to 15000zł gross/month
What you’ll do:
Manage digital marketing campaigns across international markets
Coordinate campaign setup, tracking, QA, and launch activities
Support paid social, display, and lead generation initiatives
Work with agencies and internal teams to improve campaign performance
Analyse results and recommend optimisations to improve engagement and lead quality
What you bring:
2+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or ABM/ABX
Hands-on experience with campaign execution and media operations
Knowledge of LinkedIn and B2B lead generation channels
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Experience with reporting, tracking, and marketing tools
Strong communication skills in an international environment
Nice to have:
Experience across EMEA markets
Background in B2B or agency environments
Familiarity with Salesforce or lead management platforms
Interest in AI and marketing automation tools
