Salary: 60 - 90 PLN gross / h

End-client: international enterprise software vendor
Tasks:
Core Campaign Management - Develop, implement, manage, optimize and monitor performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), Reddit Ads, and YouTube; Adjust bidding strategies, budgets, and targeting parameters
Analytics and Reporting - create and maintain comprehensive performance dashboards, cyclical reporting, analyze campaigns against KPIs
CRM and Sales Pipeline Integration - Manage Salesforce pipeline reporting, Coordinate with sales teams
Social Media and LinkedIn Management - Boost and promote LinkedIn posts, manage time-limited promotional post, Coordinate with content teams; Monitor LinkedIn post performance and optimize
Requirements:
2+ years of experience in managing paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms
Advanced proficiency with Google Ads Manager, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and other advertising platforms
Strong understanding of campaign structure, audience targeting, bidding strategies, and creative optimization
Demonstrated ability to analyse performance data and make data-driven optimization decisions
Desirable: platform certifications – especially in Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads / LinkedIn Marketing Labs; user experience in Salesforce, Looker Studio, Google Analytics and HubSpot; experience with significant advertising budgets, A/B testing experience, CRO principles knowledge
Allowed to work in Poland
