Junior Business Analyst

Location: Warsaw, hybrid

Contract Type: B2B/UZ 6 months initial contract

Salary: up to 80-100zl/hour (depending on experience)

We’re looking for a Junior Business Analyst to support process and technology change within Securities Services / Middle Office environment.

What you’ll do:

• Analyze processes and design solutions for operational/client needs

• Gather requirements, prepare test scripts, execute testing

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Operations, Product, Tech & Clients

• Perform root cause analysis and resolve operational issues

• Support project planning and identify risks

What you bring:

• Experience in financial services / operational improvements (Lean, reengineering)

• Understanding of financial markets (nice to have: Securities Services)

• Strong analytical & communication skills

• Very good English

• Nice to have: Visio, Power BI, SQL
