Procurement Operations Specialist (SAP / Ariba)

Hybrid: 2 days/week from the office

Working hours: CET

We are looking for an experienced Procurement Operations Specialist with strong hands-on SAP and/or Ariba experience to support global Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Vendor Master Data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Vendor onboarding and end-to-end vendor master data management in SAP / Ariba

• Ensuring data accuracy, documentation completeness, and compliance during vendor onboarding

• Supporting and escalating P2P processes (from purchase requisitions to receiving)

• Ensuring alignment with global procurement standards and policies

• Acting as the EMEA regional point of contact for vendor onboarding and P2P-related topics

Requirements

• Minimum 1 years of experience in procurement, vendor onboarding, or P2P

• Hands-on SAP and/or Ariba experience – mandatory

• Very good English (C1)

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
