The perfect candidate is someone familiar with the specifics of the IT and new technologies industry. Goal-oriented, they will implement new solutions, improve communication and identify areas for development and change - we count on your creativity and ability to build processes. The scope of this position will be diverse, at the intersection of several areas - project management, business cooperation, and development - hence versatility, high communication skills and the ability to organize one’s work are crucial. We are looking for someone open to multitasking, who is not afraid to make decisions and who will co-create and implement the company’s strategy. We offer work in a 22-people team that values work-life balance and focuses on continuous competence development. YOUR TASKS:

  • Handling new leads - contact, presentations, offers and negotiations with potential clients
  • Cooperation with the management board and team leaders with respect to resource planning in projects
  • Close cooperation with the marketing specialist in developing strategies and processes, lead generation leading to the creation of a predictable sales funnel
  • Coordination of the cooperation process with the client - contract negotiations, cooperation with the legal department in preparing contracts for clients, renegotiating rates
  • Investigating client needs by discovering key areas for support
  • Solving problems related to billing, invoices, client support and technical issues
  • Monitoring project profitability and project budgets


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Excellent time management
  • Experience in the IT industry (experience in e-commerce is a big plus)
  • Experience in developing international business opportunities -3+ years
  • Attention to detail, project management skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technological solutions
  • Very good command of English - C1 level
  • Experience in selling services
  • Above-average communication skills
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies will be an additional advantage
