Job Description


We’re on the lookout for a creative and enthusiastic teammate to join HCM Deck’s marketing team as an Marketing Specialist. By joining us, you will become a part of a people-centric work environment and a small but aligned and supportive marketing team of 4, responsible for driving engagement, building brand awareness and boosting growth.


About the role: As a Marketing Specialist you’ll co-shape our marketing strategy, drive growth for our company, and support the marketing team in running effective campaigns to build awareness and generate interest among ideal client personas. You’ll have a chance to plan and execute some digital marketing campaigns/projects right from ideation to final analysis and refinement.The role involves close collaboration with specialists in the domain of content, performance and design, and other team members on a shared business outcome.

  • Competitive base salary: 8.400-13.200 PLN net + VAT/month on B2B contract or 7.000-11.000 PLN gross/month on CoE, depending on your experience and skills

Check out what scope you will be taking care of at HCM Deck:

  • Develop initiatives and execute projects that promote the business/brand, and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
  • Manage the company’s website, create new landing pages, ensure the pages are relevant and correspond with the company's visual identity and tone of voice. Ensure the company's online presence is up to date.
  • Manage and grow HCM Deck newsletter and social media communities
  • Support in creating engaging and informative copy for the website, blog, social media, or any other content marketing channels (but it won’t be your main responsibility, as we collaborate with partners to create value-driven content).
  • Develop new content formats for owned channels that will add value to our audience and create impact. Be creative with the content we already have, try to create “friendly-to-consume” formats for our audience. Be ambitious and original.
  • Optimize marketing funnel, track relevant metrics and KPIs to the channels and processes owned
  • Collaborate with (and expand the network of) agencies, online portals, or vendors.
  • Support in creating company events and webinars. Once in a while, help in arranging our participation in external events.
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
  • Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies and present them to the team.


Qualifications:

Your profile:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience (marketing/digital marketing/PR)
  • Fluent Polish and B2+ English


Essential skills/capabilities

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies, channels, and best practices
  • Project management skills – ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and goals
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good WordPress management skills
  • Good understanding of marketing automation tools and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Good understanding of SEO best practices
  • Tech-savvy, able to learn new tech and workflows quickly (we work on such marketing tools as Active Campaign, BigMarker, Zapier, Canva, Zoom)

Nice to have

  • Fluent (C2) English written and spoken
  • Experience in a B2B environment
  • Previous experience in HR and/or passion for learning about L&D
