As a Senior Recovery Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing debt recovery processes with a focus on supporting our clients in the agricultural sector. You will handle overdue payments, communicate with clients who are in arrears, and collaborate with bailiff offices and legal recovery firms. This role involves preparing legal documents, negotiating payment settlements, and maintaining accurate records of all recovery activities. You will play

a key role in our mission to promote sustainable agriculture by supporting farmers in managing their financial obligations and contributing to their long-term success.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and administer overdue payments, including handling client communications for those in arrears via phone and email.
• Prepare and send reminders to clients who are behind on their payments.
• Collect and forward documentation to third parties for legal debt recovery.
• Maintain ongoing communication with bailiff offices and other legal recovery firms.
• Input debt-related information accurately into the system.
• Draft and manage legal documents pertaining to debt recovery processes.
• Conduct negotiations with clients to arrange payment settlements.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in debt recovery and collections, with a strong understanding of the legal recovery process.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in law is preferred.
• Fluent in both English and Polish, with strong communication skills in speaking and writing.
• Excellent negotiation skills and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Responsible, detail-oriented, and highly organized, with the ability to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is an advantage.
• Adaptable, team-oriented, and self-motivated, with a cooperative and friendly attitude.
