Join HEINEKEN's largest Transformational Program, the Digital Backbone (DBB) is HEINEKENs new technology landscape, consisting out of two layers: the Digital CORE - one single lean ERP that will record all our financial & primary transactions in a standardized way and the Business Platforms - industry standard solutions that will be seamlessly integrated into the Digital CORE. Together, these two layers cover all end-to-end functionalities in our business.

The DBB Standing Organization (SO) is the team responsible for supporting our Operating Companies in their day‑to‑day activities after the DBB solution has gone live.

Your responsibilities would include:

• identifying improvement opportunities and integrating best practices for future Pricing & Promotion process enhancements

• performing daily tool maintenance: monitoring business changes, submitting requests to Digital & Technology Team, and ensuring proper implementation

• analyzing issues and incidents before escalation, providing a functional/business assessment

• coordinating User Acceptance Testing with key users and validating scenarios to ensure smooth system updates

• assessing received Pricing & Promotion Process change requests and driving the implementation of new functionalities

• delivering training sessions and refreshers to key and end users, and keeping training materials up to date

• supporting globally driven changes affecting tool setup (e.g., IFRS implementation)

• acting as the first point of contact for escalations from Operating Companies (OpCos)

• ensuring OpCos remain compliant with company policies and procedures, Legal/Tax Governance requirements, and Data Management Standards.

You’re a good candidate if you have:

• knowledge of Pricing & Promotion processes, including pricing strategies and promotional mechanics

• 3+ years of experience in a relevant field

• functional and technical knowledge of SAP (Pricing & Promotion module)

• experience in Finance and/or Customer Service, ideally with exposure to Order-to-Cash or related processes

• hands-on experience coordinating and validating UAT activities

• ability to assess the business impact and urgency of incidents and requests

• strong analytical skills and stakeholder management, with the ability to explain processes clearly and build collaborative business relationships

• a proactive, client-oriented approach to support and problem-solving

• effective communication with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including the ability to translate insights into clear presentations and action points.

You’re a perfect candidate if you also have:

• functional and technical knowledge of SAP S/4HANA: Pricing & Promotion module and Condition Contract Management (CCM) for rebate processing

• experience collaborating across different Finance streams, ensuring alignment and end-to-end process effectiveness.
