Global CS&L Performance & Analytics Senior Capability Lead

Your daily tasks may include:

• leading the execution of the GCS&L Performance & Analytics strategic roadmap, translating vision and strategy into actionable initiatives

• defining, enhancing, and continuously evolving the analytics capability framework to ensuring strong alignment with business priorities and the GCS&L Performance & Analytics strategic agenda

• providing thought leadership on emerging analytics trends, ensuring the team staying at the forefront of innovation and best practices

• overseeing the design, development, and governance of complex advanced analytics solutions, ensuring quality, scalability, and business relevance

• partnering with Capability, Program, and D&T teams to translating business requirements into robust technical solutions while ensuring a seamless user experience

• driving value discovery initiatives across existing analytics products to uncovering new insights and business opportunities

• driving innovation and maturity progression from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive analytics

• monitoring and measuring the business impact of analytics solutions, ensuring continuous optimization and tangible value delivery

• establishing mechanisms for continuous learning, experimentation, and reuse of best practices across teams and products, ensuring systematic capturing and sharing of lessons learned

• building strong partnerships with senior stakeholders across global, regional, and OpCo levels to embedding analytics in decision-making

• influencing and aligning cross-functional teams toward shared performance goals and data-driven transformation

• facilitating SteerCo and governance forums for analytics products

• mentoring Performance & Analytics Capability Leads and Analysts, fostering a culture of learning and innovation

• driving capability-building initiatives to enhancing the analytical, technical, and business acumen of the wider team.

You are a good match if you have:

• 8 - 10 years of experience in Supply Chain in a complex international environment/ FMCG industry

• experience as a product owner or leading agile product development teams

• practical knowledge of customer service and Logistics

• proven project management Experience.
