Junior Bank Statement Processing Specialist

Your responsibilities would include:

• allocation of all payment types and daily reconciliation of bank statements
• managing Direct Debit process
• managing all kind of refunds/ rejected and bounced payments
• cleaning and clearing customers/ vendors/ GL accounts
• Customer Vendors Netting process
• preparing and posting journal entries
• preparing documentation for balance sheet accounts reconciliation
• providing audit support specific to area of responsibility
• performing the month end, quarter end and the year-end close process in timely and accurate manner
• cooperating with other Sub-Ledger teams (PTP, RTR)
• responding to queries via e-mail/telephone in alignment with service management processes
• maintaining process documentation of your area of responsibilities up to date.

You are a good candidate if you have:

• 1 year of relevant professional experience
• excellent written and verbal English
• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Finance or Accounting
• engagement
• analytical skills - must be organized and consistent
• attention to details and quality
• experience of using SAP and Excel, good working knowledge of Outlook
• ability to work with different systems (SAP, Autobank, Heiflow, etc.)
• good working knowledge of SAP
• understanding of E2E process
• continuous Process Improvement mind-set
• team player, good collaborative skills allowing to effectively manage the relationship with the key stakeholders, both internal and external
• drive for own personal development
• written and verbal communication skills.
